Jonathan Knowles is a passionate advocate of the role of brands in business success, and leading practitioner in the
creation, management,
measurement and valuation of brand equity. His career combines an equal balance of highly analytical work (in banking, value-based strategy consulting and brand valuation) and creatively-led consulting.
He is the co-author of “Vulcans, Earthlings and Marketing ROI” (2008) and principal contributor to “Brands: Visions and Values” (2001).
Natasha Feder specializes in complex decision making in the area of customer utility, and environmental policy formation. She began her career with the Canadian Ministry of the Environment and was part of the delegation to the Cairo Conference on Sustainability and Population Control. Her recent work has focused on how to integrate customer utility considerations within an explicit economic framework.
She is the author of “Population Sustainability” (an occasional paper of the Canadian Ministry of the Environment).
