I have spoken extensively at business schools (including Columbia, Georgetown, INSEAD, London Business School, Moore, Rotman, Thunderbird and Tuck) on the role of brands in business.

I have presented at a number of AMA events, including workshops on "Better Marketing ROI through Marketing Dashboards" and local Chapter events.

I have been Chairman of the Brand Business Forum, a conference run by IIR, for the past 3 years.I have also spoken at other IIR conferences on subjects such as resisting private label penetration, credit card marketing, using brands to develop new markets.

I have spoken at internal conferences for clients such as BT, ITT, Landor and Zurich Insurance and at a number of events organized by accounting standards bodies to discuss potential changes to the measurement and reporting intangible assets.
